Most farmers could not meet the strict requirements for borrowing funds to develop or maintain their banana farm and that drives small farms into land rental business model which is simply a long-term lease for use of the land at predatory rates.

We offer an alternative business model that lets the  owner remain proudly in charge in his farm, provides an employment opportunity for the family, and applies a profit sharing formula that makes him gain the most from his hard work.
